Research on energy efficiency evaluation data of public buildings in Xuzhou

A study is conducted on the energy efficiency evaluation data of public buildings in Xuzhou in the past ten years, mainly focusing on the changes of design standards for energy efficiency of public buildings, the types of insulation materials for building envelopes and their thermal performance, the types of cold and heat sources in central air conditioning systems and their refrigeration performance, and the annual distribution of building energy consumption intensity and energy-saving rate. The study shows that the implementation of energy efficiency evaluation promotes the thermal performance of insulation materials for building envelopes and the refrigeration performance of cold and heat sources in central air conditioning systems, the reduction of building energy consumption intensity and the improvement of building energy efficiency, which will help to achieve the goal of “double-carbon” in the building sector.
